💅🏻 MANICURE MONDAY 💅🏻 Wet n Wild – Wild Shine Nail Color

Hi Everyone

I went a little crazy in Clicks the other when when i walked passed the Wet n Wild stand. I’ve bought a few lipsticks from them as some colours are great dupes for MAC and a years ago i bought 3 glitter nail polishes. When i saw the colours and the PRICE i stopped dead and loaded my basket. I believe there are 27 shades in the 2015 Spring Collection (USA), so i will be browsing a few Clicks for more colours.

WHAT THEY SAY   Our claim to fame! We launched wet n wild in 1979 with this epic nail polish and it is our top-sellers. Why? Here’s what we think: not only are they just straight up awesome, but we’ve got every color, texture, and effect that you can possibly think of: creams, metallics, glitters, you name it! After decades of these flying off the shelves, we’re pretty sure you already have a couple stashed away, but with so many colors, you can always add a new one – or double up! Everyone we talk to agrees—this is simply the best nail polish brand out there.

  • Purse Pride! New improved formula and packaging!
  • High-shine finish in every color imaginable!
  • 3-Free: No Formaldehyde, Toluene, or Phthalates
  • Still the #1 selling nail polish in the market!

Wet n Wild have launched a new look for their Wild Shine Nail Polishes for the Spring 2016 Season. There are 24 shades that come in various finishes such as Creme, Shimmer, Metallic and Glitter. The formula for each colour depends on the shade or finish. Some are opaque after 1 or 2 coats and some are really thick or streaky.

WHERE + PRICE   Available exclusively to Clicks for only…. R 23.95

I have swatched each colour with a top shine coat with Essie Gel Setter and because i am obsessed with a Matt Finish at the moment i decided to show you matte top coat using the Catrice 3D Matte Effect which gives shimmer matte look

She Sells  is peachy coral pink Creme. The formula for this shade is quite thick so its perfect with 1 coat of colour and a top coat.

She is Ultra Violet?  is a bright gorgeous violet purple Creme. The formula is great as well, it covers perfect with 2 thin layers and a top coat

Tickled Pink  is a a beautiful subtle milky pink. I’m not a fan of pinks but this a pink that i can easily wear. All it needs is 2 thin coats and a top coat and you good to go

Putting On Airs  is a pale rich baby blue Creme. Its one of my favouite shades of the collection. Its also quite thick and only needs one generous layer and a top coat

Ready To Propose  is a gold Metallic with a Shimmer. You only need 2 coats but i find its a bit streaky. Its not as noticeable after a top coat.

Sparked   was the only glitter one that i saw at Clicks so i decided to try. I love my glitters for my accent nails. I did 2 looks. First one that was only a full on glitter and the second as a light overlay on Tickled Pink. I prefer the glitter on its own but each to their own.

Have you tried any of these Wet n Wild nail colors?
