πŸ’— TRIED & TESTED πŸ’— L’Oreal Revitalift Day & Night Cream

Hi Everyone

Hope you all doing great. I am still (wo)man down, in bed and struggling with this virus. I’m on day 5 of it and shame my sister has now picked it up.

So I’ve been using both theΒ L’Oreal Revitalift Day & Night Cream for a little over a month now and here is my feedback:

To be honest, after a month of using the Revitalift Day Cream with SPF 30 I don’t see a massive difference, maybe if you had to ask my sister or colleagues who see me everyday or a friend who see’s me once a week if they can see a difference they might answer Yes. The only difference I notice is the feel of my face. I feel like its become a little firmer, softer and smoother but i don’t notice the anti-wrinkle affect, maybe i need to be using for a longer period. I asked a colleague at work about this particular product and using it as a 32 year old and she said it might be a little rich for me. I thought using an anti-wrinkle product as early as possible would be a beneficial thing but i felt like my skin gotΒ oilier and my milia got worse.

So i need to weigh the pros and cons…

Pros – Firmer, Softer and Smoother Skin
Cons – Oilier Skin and more milia

Maybe i need to be going for facials on a regular basis to combat the milia. I do my own skin remedies with washes, scrubs and masks and my skin has never been this good but facials can only make it better

Would i re-purchase this Day Cream. I’m honestly not sure

The Revitalift Night Cream I love. Its not heavy and doesn’t leave my skin feeling oily. I’m assuming that i’m getting the effects of a firmer, softer smoother skin from either the combination of the 2 creams or from at least one of them but the night cream is my favourite of the two

When i apply the night cream it sinks into my skin leaving it feeling hydrated without the oiliness i get from the day cream.

Maybe i’m using both these products a little early in my life, but if I get any sorts of results then I’m happy. I probably need to start going for facials again and possibly trying an alternative day cream but i would highly recommend these 2 products for people with a drier skin type.

The L’Oreal Revitalift Day and Night creams can be purchased from Clicks, Dis-Chem, Foschini, Edgars and more

I got both my creams from Clicks at the time. The normal price is R 184.95 and they were on special for R 125 each
