Happy Monday! Is it really though lol, does anyone really like Mondays? The only Mondays i like are the ones where i don’t have to go to work but hey, trying to keep it positive lol. Hope you all had a fab weekend full of exciting and i hope you all smash it this week!
I’ve been really quiet on here lately, Just been going through a couple things and i really needed to stay off social media. But i’m back for now and only thinking positive thoughts and working towards the future.
Today i’m sharing my thoughts on the Morgan Taylor Thrill of the Chill winter range – well the mini one. I love that Morgan Taylor sells mini’s of the full ranges, Just wish they had all 6 colours in the mini packs.
Anyway lets get reviewing…..
My Main Freeze is a pale off white cream shade. Its an easy to use formula, its has full opaque with 2 coats.
Angling For A Kiss is a bright cherry red, I wasn’t sold on the formula when i first swatched its like a gel in the sense thats a very watery clear type but with 3 good coats you get full opacity, Its a beautiful colour.
Lets Kiss & Warm Up is a deep plum creme colour that is my favourite of the range, I am a sucker for plums/maroons/burgundies. It was the 1st colour i wore – and i wore it for a week before trying another colour. It has excellent opacity after 2 thin coats and a great formula.
Ice Cold Gold is a gold glitter nail polish that can be worn alone as an accent nail or if you are the daring type you an wear a full set of glitter nails lol. It can also be used as a topper with the other colours in this range. I love glitter nail polishes when they get the formula right, This isn’t chunky hard to work with glitter, its fine and smoothes on perfectly
The other 2 colours in the full range are Don’t Let The Frost Bite! – a beautiful grape purple shade and Caviar On Ice – a chocolate taupy colour – not a big fan of this colour.
This mini collection (R250.00) as well as the full size bottles (R150.00 each) are available from Dis-Chem stores. The mini pack is also available from Takealot for R275.00 (HERE)
