FRAGRANCE FRIDAY: Juicy Couture Viva La Juicy Rose

Hello Everyone

I wish I could be celebrating the fact that its Friday, as I’m sure a lot of you are so happy that it is. But again I shall be working the weekend. The joys! But at least its all going towards my new flat. So I shall carry on grinding as I know it’s going to be worth it in the end. Let’s get back to the reason we are here today, this gorgeous smelling and looking fragrance – the Juicy Couture Viva La Juicy Rose….

Lets first talk packaging…. this is honestly what caught my eye with this perfume. It’s a Luxurious looking, Glitter Rich Pink and Gold Bottle with a Bright Pink Ribbon Bow around the neck with a gold pendant hanging from it. I was initially hesitant in regards to the glitter as I didn’t want my hands getting full of glitter or the glitter falling off everywhere but luckily it’s completely bonded to the bottle. It’s a completely girly looking fragrance bottle

Next, Scent… this fragrance is the perfect combination of floral and fruity with neither overpowering the scent. The fragrance open with notes of Italian Mandarin Orange, Sparkling Fresh Williams Pear and Jasmine Petals, it’s then followed with the Heart Notes of Rose Centifolia Absolute, White Peony and Jasmine Sambacandn finally settles with the Base Notes of Orris Absolute, Benzoin and Ambroxan (Amber)

I’ve been wearing it for the past week and have received so many compliments on the scent. The scent lasts for a good 5 hours.

This fragrance is available from

  1. Edgars / Red Square – R 1280.00 for 100ml
  2. Foschini – R  955.00 for  50ml and  R 1280.00 for 100ml
  3. Dis-Chem – R  835.00 for  50ml and R 1125.00 for 100ml
